Master Terms of Service & Routing Covenant
Virtual-sims.com operates an automated, real-time physical baseband SIM routing gateway for temporary disposable verification OTP codes. By using the portal, depositing balances via Cryptomus, or calling routing endpoints, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance, Capacity & Eligibility
By accessing the portal, executing programmatic queries via public REST endpoints, or replenishing ledger balances, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have full capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials, API tokens, and recovery methods. Activity under your account is treated as authorized by you.
We do not require identity documents for ordinary use. Additional verification may be required if mandated by payment-provider or legal compliance notices.
Character of Service: Physical Baseband SIM Lines
Virtual-sims.com provides single-use, transient verification access lines utilizing Tier-1 physical SIM modem clusters across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other international nodes.
Real physical SIMs
Designed to pass common VoIP anti-fraud filters where virtual numbers fail.
Disposable window
Ephemeral dedicated lease times, typically about 15–20 minutes.
Global baseband pool
Carrier IMSI arrays across dozens of countries and routes.
Services are strictly ephemeral. Virtual-sims.com does not furnish persistent telecommunication contracts, two-way conversational voice channels, emergency E911 calling, or continuous monthly MSISDN line retention.
Wallet Balances, Cryptomus & Financial Mechanics
Virtual-sims.com uses a pre-funded credit ledger denominated in platform units pegged 1:1 with USD-equivalent value. Top-ups are processed via the Cryptomus Payment Gateway and supported crypto rails.
Deposits require on-chain confirmations determined by the network. Minimum deposit is as shown on the Add Funds page (platform default $5.00 USD equivalent unless configured otherwise).
Platform credits are utility vouchers for purchasing disposable inbound SMS capacity and ephemeral mailbox leases. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged back into fiat by default. Unused crypto balance withdrawals, where offered, are governed by the Refund & Escrow Policy.
The 15-Minute Automated Escrow Protocol
When you provision an SMS line (for services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, OpenAI, or Steam), required credits are sequestered in escrow—not permanently debited—until a code is delivered or the lease ends.
Line provisioned
Physical SIM allocates a temporary inbound channel. Funds move to pending escrow.
Carrier listening
If no SMS arrives within the lease window, the activation auto-terminates.
Instant 100% refund
Ledger restores the full credit amount to your active balance automatically.
Disposable Email & Mailbox Ephemerality
Virtual-sims.com may provide ephemeral disposable mailbox capabilities. Incoming messages are retained only as needed to display in your dashboard and are automatically removed on a short lifecycle (typically within about 24–48 hours unless a shorter activation window applies).
- There is no long-term archival of temporary mailbox contents.
- Once purged by lifecycle jobs, message contents are not recoverable.
- Virtual-sims.com is not liable for loss of access keys, password-reset tokens, or messages stored in transient inboxes.
Prohibited Activities & Zero-Tolerance Termination
Virtual-sims.com is intended for privacy preservation, application QA/testing, CI pipelines, and personal digital security. Misuse of telecom nodes may result in immediate termination and balance forfeiture as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Unauthorized bank/card account creation or bypass of AML controls.
Impersonation of people or entities, or deceptive social-engineering schemes.
Robocalling, spam SMS blasts, premium-rate scams, or signaling exploits.
Botnets, distributed OTP-bypass attacks, or DDoS facilitation.
API Usage, Key Security & Rate Boundaries
Developers integrating via our REST endpoints agree to rate-limiting thresholds (default: about 60 requests per minute per authenticated API token, with limited burst allowance).
Exceeding burst envelopes without an enterprise waiver may return HTTP 429 Too Many Requests. Clients must implement exponential back-off.
Limitation of Liability & Telco Disclaimers
Express disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VIRTUAL-SIMS.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT TELECOMMUNICATION TRANSIT FROM THIRD-PARTY SENDERS (SUCH AS META, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, OR TELEGRAM) WILL REMAIN UNINTERRUPTED OR IMMUNE TO DESTINATION FILTERING. THIRD PARTIES CONTINUALLY ADAPT ANTI-AUTOMATION CONTROLS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU SPENT ON THE DISPUTED LINE TRANSACTION.
Governing Law & Binding Arbitration
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable international commercial dispute-resolution standards. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to engage in informal good-faith dispute resolution with our compliance office for at least thirty (30) business days.
